Add New Resource to CSV

Fill out the form below to generate a CSV row for a new resource

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form with resource details
  2. Click "Generate CSV Row" to create the formatted output
  3. Copy the CSV output from the right panel
  4. Open three-forms-resources.csv in a text editor
  5. Paste the new row at the end of the file (before closing the file)
  6. Save the CSV file
  7. Refresh the website to see the new resource
